Our team volunteers attended an excellent workshop by mindbody break through in Glasgow on the 1st of June 21. The workshop was on understanding and managing trauma and PTSD.

Volunteers ran a drop-in session on the 12th of May to Mark mental health awareness week. They were supported by John Lewis Therapy coaching and Al Greig therapy. Refreshments were provided by Co-op Helensburgh.
