About Female Tales

About Us

We provide group peer support sessions hosted by fully trained volunteers. Our volunteers have up to date PVG’s and are trained in Coaching Skills, Peer Support Skills, Mental Health Awareness, Suicide Awareness and Self Harm Awareness. We also have a team of fully qualified life coaches and NLP Practitioners who can provide 1 on 1 support sessions. As well as this, we provide a “Buddy Buddy” System, where one of our volunteers can contact you to provide a familiar face before attending your first meeting.

Our Aims

To ensure our service users lead a normal life, no matter what their current personal circumstances may be.
To provide a platform for females to support each other without fear of humiliation or judgement.

Note: We are a peer support group, we cannot diagnose any physical or mental condition, neither can we recommend/prescribe any medication or therapy. We highly recommend that you should consult your GP on these matters.
